The Most Common Aesthetic Procedures — What to Expect
Rhinoplasty, breast augmentation and body contouring account for most aesthetic operations in Dr Hoffmann's practice.
Aesthetic surgery is a small handful of well-established operations rather than a menu of trends. The three most requested in this practice are rhinoplasty (refining the shape and function of the nose), breast augmentation (implant-based increase in size and shape), and body contouring (liposuction, abdominoplasty, and combined procedures after weight change or pregnancy).
Each is planned as an individual operation, drawn and measured before surgery. Expect an examination, a discussion of what surgery can realistically achieve for your anatomy, and a written plan that includes the technique, the anaesthetic, the recovery window and the risks.
There is no such thing as a standard result. Two patients requesting the same procedure will have different anatomy and different plans. That is why quotes and time-off estimates are only given after the consultation, never before.
Educational content only. Results vary between individuals and all surgery carries risk. Every plan begins with an unhurried consultation and an examination — never a quote over the phone.
