Ownership
The text, article series, question-and-answer content, anatomical line drawings, animations and page design on this site are the property of Dr D Hoffmann Inc. and are protected by the Copyright Act. The practice name, the surgeon's name and the site's marks may not be used to suggest endorsement or affiliation.
What you may do without asking
- Read, print or save pages for your own use, or to discuss with your own doctor.
- Link to any page on this site.
- Quote a short passage in an article or post, provided it is attributed to Dr Danie Hoffmann and links back to the page it came from.
What requires permission
- Reproducing a full page, article or drawing anywhere else, including on social media.
- Any commercial use, including use in another practice's or clinic's material.
- Adapting or redrawing the anatomical illustrations.
- Automated scraping, bulk copying, or use of the content to train a model.
Press and referring practitioners
Journalists and referring doctors are welcome to request material — including plain copies of the illustrations for patient education. Write to amanda@daniehoffmann.com setting out what you would like to use and where it will appear.
If you believe your work appears here
The practice commissions or creates its own illustrations. If you believe material of yours has been used without permission, contact the rooms with details and it will be reviewed and, if necessary, removed.
