Who touches your information
POPIA requires the practice to be open about the operators that process personal information on its behalf. Each provider below acts only on the practice's instructions and may not use your information for its own purposes.
Serves the pages you are reading and receives form submissions.
Page requests, browser type, approximate location derived from the connection.
Stores enquiry records for the rooms to work from.
Name, email address, telephone number, procedure of interest, message, consent flags.
Delivers the notification to the rooms and the confirmation to you.
Name, email address, and the content of your enquiry.
Anonymous usage statistics. Loaded only if you have not declined.
Pages viewed, referring source, device type. No name or contact details.
Cross-border processing
Some of these providers operate servers outside South Africa. Where that is the case, the practice relies on the provider's contractual data-protection commitments, which POPIA recognises as adequate safeguards for transfers of this kind.
Not on this list
Clinical records, medical-scheme billing and pathology are handled through the rooms' practice-management arrangements, not through this website, and fall outside this schedule. No advertising network, data broker or marketing platform receives information from this site.
Changes and questions
